“I can't tell you in words precisely how your reading made me feel, but I am going to try and express it as best I can! I want to be completely honest that the first 5-10 minutes brought up difficult emotions for me, and this is completely because of my own triggers/tendency to have a perfectionist mentality and so what you were saying was clouded by my own sense of "oh shit, I'm not doing this right, I'm not doing enough, I'm not letting go, I'm trying too hard to be in control, etc." It is so interesting to have noticed these feelings come up because the whole purpose of this reading and connecting with you is to realign with my own inner voice and intuition and guides, and the critic shows up!
